At first we need to qualify Germany as a country. This works as follow:

• The first 10 national tickets will be distributed at the World Championship.

• After, there will be another ticket available for each continent. The European one will be given to the first European country that hasn't already qualified at the Worlds, at the European Championship.

• There will be a Last Chance Event with three open tickets for all nations that haven't secured a nation ticket until then.
